I am just a silly with no connection to the makers of this film whatsoever
The shiny official website is here.
Attack the Block is full of win!
After Attack the Block's amazing success in the UK, it's rolling out with dates in the US and Worldwide.
This film has been lovingly squeezed into it's cans (or BARCO spitspot) with the help of Optimum Releasing, Film4, Big Talk and the UK Film Council. All these links have a hotch-potch of things that might interest you if you poke around a bit. What one site lacks in glossy pictures and pithy quotes, it makes up for in wordy bits of information.
The UK release for the DVD, Blu-ray and digital versions is set for 26th September 2011 and Play.com appear to be offering an exclusive Glow in the Dark Triple Pack with what appears to be a complimenting green case.
So what did those Amerrricans think of the film? They saw it before any of us homeys, after all. The film was so well received at SXSW that it won the Best Midnight Feature nod so here are some links to the ejaculations of over-excited geekboys. Video interviews are here.
The next big public schmoozefest was at the Kapow Comic Con and I've been patiently thrumming my fingers in anticipation that someone might host some of the stuff that was recorded. They're probably waiting until nearer the release date.
and finally, a place to put all the items that defy categorisation.
